Thursday, October 13th and Friday, October 14th, 2016
This year's BGRF is a two days event:
- On Thursday, October 13th, our keynote speaker Dr. Rachael Morgan-Kiss will give the David Laudenbach public lecture titled: "Life on the edge - survival of single-celled plants and animals in the Antarctic polar desert". The public lecture will be on Western campus in the P&A 148 starting at 5:30pm.
-On Friday, October 14th, the Biology graduate students will give talks and present posters during the day. At the end, there will be a multi-station panel discussion. All those activities will take place at the P&A atrium and adjoining rooms.
