CAMPUS RECREATION PARKING PERMITS

We have worked diligently with Western Parking & Visitor Services to offer a convenient and affordable parking option for our affiliate, alumni, and general public members. The Campus Recreation parking pass is not available to Western students, staff, and faculty as these groups have other passes available to them directly through Western Parking & Visitor Services.

This parking pass is available on an annual or monthly basis to coincide with your membership. To purchase this pass, please bring in your vehicle ownership.
Cost: $119.47/year or $13.08/month (plus tax).  Please note that new parking hang tags require three business days to active.   If you lose or misplace your hang tag, there is a $30 replacement fee.

 

Parking Lot Access
Huron Flats Lot - Located in central south campus. Access any time (as space is available).
South Valley LotLocated off Huron Drive.  Access is available between 4:00 PM and 7:00 AM
Elborn College Lot - Enter off Western Road. Access is available between 4:00 PM and 7:00 AM. 

 

Parking Permit Renewals:
Members are encouraged to renew parking passes Monday thru Thursday, if possible, to avoid delays in the renewal process. Passes renewed in the evenings and on weekends/holidays will be processed by Western Parking & Visitor Services on the next business day.

 

NON-PERMIT PARKING OPTIONS

 

Complimentary Parking:
Friday at 5:00 PM to end of day on Sunday, and statutory holidays, complimentary parking is available at Springett, Medway, Althouse and Elborn parking lots. Please note that complimentary parking may not be available at all lots during Western special events.

 

Daytime Parking:
Huron Flats Lot - Located in central south campus. $6 coin entry.
 

Evening Parking:
Evening parking is available in most lots between 4:00-7:00 PM, by $6 coin entry.

 

PICK-UP / DROP-OFF

Brief access for pick-ups and drop-offs is available at the Alumni Hall/Thompson Arena Lot (be sure to mention pick-up/drop-off at WSRC to attendant).
