Effective May1, Facilities Management’s Client Services will operate between the hours of 7:00am and 4:30pm. Adjusting to an earlier start time will help us better serve our Western community, providing quicker response times.
Inbound calls prior to 7:00am will reach the after-hours tree where emergency and service requests will be answered by Campus Community Police Services (CCPS). Facilities Management services, such as trades and caretaking will be dispatched by CCPS. The changes will not affect the procedure for on-call staff.
Client Services’ hours of operation are otherwise unchanged, closing at 4:30pm on weekdays, and remaining closed on weekend.
