Differences often arise in the workplace and in our personal lives. Conflict by itself is neither good nor bad, but the way we address it can be. Resolving conflicts by looking for win-win options means we care just as much about meeting the needs of others as we do about meeting our own needs.
In this presentation participants will learn how to create an environment of safety and security where problems can be addressed effectively.
