Join an instructor from Western’s Campus Recreation for an introduction to Yoga. Explore the three elements of breath, postures, and meditation – and how they’re connected. These classes are perfect for those new to yoga or for those who wish to establish a solid foundation in their practice. No prior experience is necessary.
Participants are welcome to bring their own yoga mat, or use those available in the studio. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle.
