What’s Involved?

A leaders’ learning group of up to 16 people stays together for 6.5 days, spread over a year. The first three parts occur within 3 months; part 4 occurs within one year.

Who should take this course:

Foundational Leadership is for those in formal leadership roles at Western. You supervise a team of employees and are responsible for influencing individual and group performance.

Cost

Course costs are covered by Western Human Resources, and are offered at no charge to participants.

Withdrawal Fee

Once you register, we begin preparing materials and resources for your participation. If you need to withdraw from a course, your department may incur a fee of up to $150.00 to help cover the costs of these resources.
