This program is for those in formal leadership roles at Western. Increase your ability to use best practices in leadership, strengthen your communication skills in challenging situations, and work effectively with groups.
Over 500 Academic and Administrative Leaders at Western have participated in this program.
A leaders’ learning group of up to 16 people stays together for 6.5 days, spread over a year. The first three parts occur within 3 months; part 4 occurs within one year.
Foundational Leadership is for those in formal leadership roles at Western. You supervise a team of employees who report directly to you and are responsible for influencing individual and group performance.
