This course is an opportunity to build leadership knowledge and skill for those new to leadership roles at Western. Learn communication skills to effectively work with others and respectfully and effectively express your work needs. Explore work style differences and how to leverage these when working in groups. This program is for Western's informal and emerging leaders and those new to a leadership role.
Note: Pre-assesments and readings will be sent to participants in advance of the course as preparation for Day 1.
This course is for informal or emerging leaders who are currently in or entering a leadership role at Western. If you are team lead or if your role includes leadership of team projects, committees or other work groups, this course is for you.
