How Do I ... Set the Metadata for my website?

NOTE: The metadata must be set PRIOR to creating any pages within your website, otherwise any pages already created must be edited individually in order for the metadata to be updated.

The metadata is what creates the text that you see on the page tab within your browser:

To set the metadata for your website, you must edit the BASE ASSETS:

By default, all pages will show ' - Western University' on the browser tab. You can add your faculty/department/organization identity to this, as is displayed above (Faculty of Science - Western University).

The Display Name is where this identity information is input (Faculty of Science).
