All fees include:

  • An electronic copy of the edited contributions on USB stick
  • Access to all sessions, including keynote presentations
  • Food and drink refreshments (Friday & Saturday)
  • Lunch (Friday & Saturday)
  • Evening reception with light food and drink (Friday)

Please note: 

  • Registration fees are non-refundable
  • Registration fee must be paid for the abstract to be accepted on the program
  • Non-payment indicates the author has withdrawn their paper from the Symposium

Credit Card 

  • Complete the registration form
  • VISA or MasterCard (only) payments can be made by fax or telephone
    • Fax: completed registration form, with all credit card information, to:

    • Telephone: call Nancy Baumann at (519) 661-2111 ext. 88918 (M-Th, 9:00-3:30). You will need to provide her with all relevant information, including credit card information.
  • All fees must be paid in Canadian (CDN) dollars. Credit card information will be shredded immediately upon processing. We will not be keeping this information on file.
  • Please note that Nancy Baumann is a Faculty administrator. Therefore, we appreciate your patience when processing your registration form.
  • Official receipts will be issued at the start of the Symposium in October 2014.

Participants attending the 12th International Symposium for Olympic Research, to be held in London, Ontario in October 2014, will be provided with several options for accommodations. Details will be posted in early 2014.
