Our Management Advantage

The Master of Management of Applied Science (MMASc) is a 12-month course and co-op based program for students coming from non-business backgrounds. Designed to enhance your undergraduate degree in science, health science, social science or engineering, our professional masters allows you to fast-track your career with foundational management education from one of Canada’s leading, and most iconic universities.

The MMASc program strategically combines core management curriculum with opportunities to build and focus the unique set of skills you developed with your undergraduate education. Employers look for graduates who not only bring outstanding discipline specific knowledge, but can also apply it successfully in organizations. Students have the option of choosing from two fields: combining management education with either Applied Science or Social Science.

In your first 8 months MMASc students complete essential management and field-specific courses along with mentoring from faculty, local and international partners.

In your final term, the MMASc program takes you beyond traditional and case-based learning and into a professional environment where you will actively apply your newly acquired skills in industry.
