Description: |
CCFF Summer Studentships are intended to provide support to students engaged in summer research projects in areas of the biomedical or behavioural sciences relevant to cystic fibrosis, normally under the direction of CF clinic directors or principal investigators based at a Canadian host institution. CCFF Summer Studentships are intended to provide financial support for the 3 month period, June-August, and awarded for a single summer. |

Application Details: |
Full-time students pursuing an undergraduate degree in an appropriate discipline are eligible to receive this award. Under certain circumstances, other special academic situations may be considered for a Summer Studentship. The research project should be attainable within the three-month term of the award. Applications must be made by the proposed supervisor on behalf of a student. Applications directly from students cannot be accepted. Awards will be paid through the institution in a single payment on June 1. Students may apply for awards in successive years. Awards may not be transferred from the studentINDIRECT COSTS ARE NOT LEVIED ON THIS PROGRAM |

NOTE: All Letters of Intent and Full Applications must be processed through Research Development & Services for institutional approval. Requests for Institutional approvals should be received no less than 3 days prior to the posted Sponsor deadline. A ROLA Proposal (bearing applicant, Chair and Dean electronic approvals) is required for each submission. |
