Description: |
The HSRF Program Awards will provide strategic three-year investments ($0.5-2.5M/year) to policy relevant programs of health research and/or knowledge translation and exchange (KTE) that focus on identified government priorities. Targeted funding will support research and KTE programs in problem gambling, drug innovation, quality improvement and safety, and nursing. Please complete, sign, and return a scanned PDF version of the NOI form via email to ResearchUnit@ontario.ca with ?HSRF Notice of Intent? in the subject line no later than 5:00pm on August 13, 2012.
In addition, two complete hard copies of all items, including original cover sheet and signatures must be mailed to the Research Unit at the following address:
