The current RFA provides an opportunity for Canada's medical imaging community to come together to establish a clinical trials network that will coordinate and support imaging trials. As the funds for this initiative are a part of a larger Federal funding envelope for the Isotope Supply Initiative, the focus of the network, as least initially, must be on imaging modalities that use radiopharmaceuticals, including combined imaging modalities such as MRI/PET and must address the intent of the Federal Initiative, which is to reduce our reliance on 99mTc. ?The following criteria are mandatory for an Application to be accepted:
?The Research Proposal must be no more than 25 pages not including charts, tables, figures, photographs and references (the charts, tables, figures, photographs and references are to be attached in the "Research Proposal Appendix" task);
?Full Common CVs are required for all applicants;
?The maximum number of publications to be appended is 15 (to be attached under "Publications" in the "Attach Other Application Materials" task);
?Budget information and Supporting Documents Task ? in the Financial Assistance Requested Details, attach a document detailing the justification of all project costs, including all costs associated with the proposed administrative centre, management structure, necessary equipment and clinical trials;
?Attachments (To be attached under "Other" in the "Attach Other Application Materials" task):
i.An updated team description: provide a one-page attachment describing the nature of the Team and the role of team members. |
