Description:

The Saving Brains program promotes the fulfillment of human capital potential by focusing on interventions that nurture and protect early brain development in the first 1,000 days of life.

Saving Brains seeks bold ideas for products, services and implementation models that protect and nurture early brain development in a sustainable manner. Through this Request For Proposals, Saving Brains will support applications for seed funding to develop and validate these bold ideas.

Application Details:

The Saving Brains initiative has significant transformational potential to unlock the potential of individuals and communities and, over a generation, help to break the cycle of poverty that has entrapped so many developing countries.

Applications must be submitted to the Saving Brains program through the Grand Challenges Canada Community Portal. Please see the sponsor's website for a link to the portal. Please allow one business day for your account to be activated before returning to process your application,

NOTE: All Letters of Intent and Full Applications must be processed through Research Development & Services for institutional approval. Requests for Institutional approvals should be received no less than 3 days prior to the posted Sponsor deadline. A ROLA Proposal (bearing applicant, Chair and Dean electronic approvals) is required for each submission.
