Description: |
The Flexi Grant scheme aims to provide funding to support a range of valuable small scale activities which will strengthen hearing research in new and unexpected ways to benefit people with hearing loss, tinnitus or other hearing-related conditions. The scheme is open to any innovative idea that fulfils this purpose. Completed applications should be emailed to research@hearingloss.org.uk as a Microsoft Word document. Files should be named as the surname of the lead applicant followed by `_Flexi14.doc' e.g. `Smith_Flexi14.doc'. The deadline is Thursday 30 January 2014. We expect to inform applicants of funding decisions within 4 weeks of the submission deadline. |

Applicants may be from a university, research institute, or small or medium enterprise in any country.INDIRECT COSTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE |

NOTE: All Letters of Intent and Full Applications must be processed through Research Development & Services for institutional approval. Requests for Institutional approvals should be received no less than 3 days prior to the posted Sponsor deadline. A ROLA Proposal (bearing applicant, Chair and Dean electronic approvals) is required for each submission. |
