As a leader in information and communications technology, Huawei Canada is invested in working with world-class researchers in the communication technology, computer science, engineering, and other related fields. HIRP OPEN CANADA 2016 is seeking proposals in 23 research subjects across 6 research themes.
Apply now to be considered for up to $90,000 (CDN) in funding or up to $60,000 for eligible government funded research programs in Canada.

Eligible applicants must be a full-time faculty member (lecturer, assistant professor, associate professor or full professor) at a leading university or research institution that awards research degrees to PhD students around the world.Proposals are expected to be in English, in MS Word format only, and no longer than 10 pages. Please do read the Proposal Guide & Eligibility for Participation carefully before applying for HIRP OPEN CANADA 2016. |

NOTE: All Letters of Intent and Full Applications must be processed through Research Development & Services for institutional approval. Requests for Institutional approvals should be received no less than 3 days prior to the posted Sponsor deadline.
