Appointments: Appointments are normally booked a week or so in advance, so if your questions are time-sensitive, e-mail (scibmsac@uwo.ca) or drop-in counselling may work better.
Please use this form to request an appointment with an academic counsellor in Science / Basic Medical Sciences. Be as specific as possible as to why you would like to see an academic counsellor. For students outside the London area: you may indicate that you would like a phone appointment; be sure to include your phone number
