Paper Add/Drop takes place January 14 and 15, with Tuesday January 15 being the last day to add a second term course. This includes changes to lab or tutorial sections.
Your 1ST STEP:
Visit the Department that offers the course (for example,
to add a Math course, go to the Math Department; to drop a Chemistry
course, go to the Chemistry Department); they will provide you an
add/drop form and sign off on behalf of the department for any adds and
drops they approve

Your 2ND STEP:
Make sure you have completed your add/drop form completely and thoroughly - check HERE
Your 3RD STEP:
Submit your add/drop form to your home faculty academic counselling team
Students in Science and Basic Medical Sciences: submit your add/drop
form to the Science/Basic Medical Sciences paper add/drop table located
outside the Academic Counselling Office (Room 191 in the
Western Science Centre). Schedule: Monday January 14 from 1:00 to 4:00 pm; Tuesday January 15 from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. The deadline to submit your add/drop form to the Academic Counselling Office is Tuesday January 15 at 4:00pm.

You can take the course at Western during the
summer if it is offered. The 2013 Summer
Calendar will be available by the end of January. Course registration begins in early
March. Check this page towards the end
of January.
You can take an equivalent course on a letter of
permission at another university. See
