Welcome to the official home of OE3C 2018! OE3C has a strong tradition of serving as a meeting place for researchers from various disciplines and career stages, and we want to take this opportunity to invite you to join us this year as we approach 50 years of researchers gathering to present the latest in the fields of Ecology, Ethology and Evolution.

OE3C is intended to cater to all researchers in all career stages. We welcome all researchers from undergraduate students to faculty members, from the many diverse disciplines of Biology! Held in the Spring, OE3C is particularly ideal for your latest publication or your current ideas and findings!

Western University is proud to host the 48th OE3C on our campus located in London, Ontario.  Situated on the Thames River, between Lake Huron and Lake Erie, the Western University campus offers an excellent combination of history and modern elegance. Western University has a diverse research focus and the Biology Department is no exception. You will find research emphasis on Ecology & Evolution, Cellular and Molecular Biology and Physiology and Biochemistry. Western is also home to many other Ecology, Ethology and Evolution researchers, for example, in the Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry, the Neuroscience program, and the Department of Psychology.

We look forward to welcoming you to London, and to Western University!
