Our Staff

OUR FACILITATORS

Our diverse and talented facilitator team is primarily made up of Western students. The facilitators are outstanding leaders, role models and passionate promoters of FUN! Each facilitator is unique and brings different perspectives and creative approaches to the work we do by drawing on their own expertise from various backgrounds such as education, management and administration, sociology, psychology, athletics and recreation and outdoor programming. Our dynamic team provides our programs with the opportunity to match our facilitators' expertise and competencies to our clients' needs and goals to maximize learning.

Our staff has received extensive training in experiential learning and facilitation using models such as Adventure Program Model, Activity Sequencing Model, and Kolb's Experiential Learning Cycle. These models provide a framework for program facilitation and allow our facilitators to guide groups toward achieving their optimal learning goals and objectives.

Our team is highly trained and qualified to offer you a fun, transforming and safe group experience. If you want to learn more about who we are and our qualifications, don't hesitate to contact us!
