December can be a hectic time, filled with festive excitement, time with family and the optimism of a new year. Many people also experience struggles around over-spending, managing family dynamics or loneliness, and keeping positive and active on shorter, darker and colder days.

LifeWorks provides the Employee (and family) Assistance Program (EAP) for all Western employees and their eligible family members. Do you want support in tricky times? You can call to arrange confidential counselling support 24/7/365 at 1-844-880-9142 - no online registration required.

Through the LifeWorks website or mobile app you can also access toolkits and do-it-yourself resources such as those listed above, to make everyday life that much easier and bring you closer to your goals. Registration for a LifeWorks account is required and you will be asked to sign off on the LifeWorks Privacy Policy.  Note that the policy is a broad one that is meant to cover all services provided by LifeWorks - many than Western does not utilize.
