Tuition and Fees

Tuition and ancillary fees are set by the Office of the Registrar; please visit the Registrar's site for the official fee schedule.  Figures below are a guideline only.

Tuition is divided into three payments, due at the beginning of each term in September, January and May. The amounts in the table below includes basic tuition, program-specific fees, and student ancillary fees. The program-specific portion of the total fee supports the delivery of unique aspects of the MDA program. 

Canadians and Permanent Residents

**The 2024-25 ancillary fee for International Students is TBD per term (for 3 terms).  All International students are covered by the University Health Insurance Plan (UHIP). The International student fees above include the cost of UHIP (estimated at TBD per term).

While every effort has been made to ensure the above schedule is accurate and complete, Western University reserves the right to make changes as required. Amounts are in Canadian Dollars (CAD$) and are subject to change each academic year. Changes are issued in June and effective September 1st of each year. The figures shown above are proposed for the 2024-25 year only and shall be used as a guide to estimate fees by those considering the program in future years.
