Submissions and Registration
Abstract submission and forum registration will begin August 15th, 2025.
Abstract submission will close on September 30th, 2025.
Graduate students and postdoctoral fellows have the opportunity to present their research in one of the following formats:
Oral: 12-minute talk, 3-minute question/answer session
Poster: Presentation using a 90cm by 100cm poster
Lightning talk: optional 3-minute talk for poster presenters using one slide
The BGRF organizing committee will send additional information about poster and talk formats to applicants through email after they have registered.
