Five waterspouts over Lake Erie on Oct 21
The NTP has confirmed five tornadoes over water (waterspouts) over Lake Erie near Long Point, ON on October 21. All five had a funnel cloud aloft and spray vortex at the surface, they were observed concurrently, and they were nearly regularly spaced about 1 km apart under a line of deep cumulus clouds. The spectacular video was provided by an eyewitness (Marlene Wilson Fewster) and can be seen here: https://www.facebook.com/share/p/16sqNtrMfp. An enhanced image from her video is provided below and better shows the five spray vortices. A sixth spray vortex on the far left could not be verified confidently.
