Instructions for Submitting Slides:

Slides may be dropped off in the Biotron on the first floor in room 105. Please contact us at biotron_microscopy@uwo.ca before coming to ensure staff are available to meet with you and address any details about your project. The order form below must be completed in full with a signature before samples can be processed.

Slides should be spotlessly clean, dry, bubble free, and not have any overhang of coverslips or media off of the edges. For transparent/fluorescent tissues, please outline the desired tissue area using a fine sharpie on the back of the slide. Our staff would be happy to demonstrate this.  Additional setup fees may apply if staff have to clean slides and/or delineate the tissue area.
