The house is a 4 bedroom side-‐split with 3 bedrooms up and 1 on the ground floor, and 1.5 bathrooms. The master bedroom and guest room are currently furnished with queen beds and the other two rooms are furnished with children's furniture (this can be rearranged and possibly some furniture stored if needed by the tenant). The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, gas stove, new dishwasher, and microwave. A new washer and dryer are located in the basement. The basement is recently refinished and contains a 42" flat screen television. A workshop with various tools is available. Most of the house has been refinished or repainted within the last 5 years and contains modern furnishings (see photo page). A weekly or biweekly cleaning service is available at extra cost. The house has a beautiful partly treed/partly sunny backyard with a natural gas barbeque, tree house, shed and patio furniture. Please note that in the above price it is assumed that the tenant will do their own lawn cutting (lawn mower supplied). However, a lawn care service could be arranged at extra cost if desired.
