Comfortable house in Old South area of London, an older neighbourhood with many trees. House built in 1935, with many additions and upgrades. Ideal for an academic couple (there are two large studies), perhaps with one child (there are two bedrooms). Other features: central air conditioning; a library with TV discreetly hidden in a cabinet; wood burning fireplace in living room, and a large bay window; fenced-in landscaped garden; and outdoor hot tub. Original art works throughout the house. Washer and dryer in basement. Elementary and secondary schools within easy walking distance. Parking in driveway. Snow blower, lawnmower. Bus stop across the street: the No. 6 takes you directly to Western University by way of downtown London. A 3-minute drive gets you to either one of 2 supermarkets.
