Live Chat Support

The Nursing Undergraduate Team is pleased to offer a live chat - through Microsoft Teams - to assist students. In order to access the live chat support, students will be required to sign in to Teams using their UWO credentials. Teams can be downloaded here.

Chat Schedule

Students are asked to adhere to the chat schedule so that we can prioritize support for the students who are eligible to select courses at that time. Messages left outside of the dedicated chat schedule will not be responded to.

Chat hours may be occasionally unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances. If you access Chat during the designated hours listed below and do not receive a response within 30 minutes, please send your inquiry in an email to nurse@uwo.ca.

Collaborative BScN Program

  • Chat Times: Tuesday - Thursday
    • 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM
    • Search for "Denice Litzan" or "dlitzan@uwo.ca" in Teams and start a chat session

Compressed Time Frame BScN Program (including the RPN Streams)

  • Chat Times: Monday - Thursday
    • 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM
    • Search for “Jessica Patterson” or “jwales4@uwo.ca" in Teams and start a chat session

LIVE CHAT INSTRUCTIONS

To initiate a live chat with a member of the Arthur Labatt Family School of Nursing Undergraduate Team:

  • Download Microsoft Teams on your smartphone or computer
  • Login to Teams with your UWO credentials
  • During the dedicated chat times, search for the appropriate academic advisor and start a chat session
