The Arthur Labatt Family School of Nursing Undergraduate Team is available to support students throughout their academic career. Depending on the type of support required, students can connect with a Nursing Academic Advisor by booking an appointment, through live chat or via email.

Get quick answers to questions related to policy, course registration/changes, general questions, intent to register, appeals process, progression, requests for overload, requests for unbalanced load, special permissions.

Get support related to graduation checks, academic considerations, letters of permission or exchange opportunities (initial inquiries only).

Emails may be sent at any time but are only answered by the Nursing Undergraduate Team during regular business hours.

Response times can vary by time of year. Typically, it can take 2 – 3 business days to receive a response, however during peak times, such as course registration, response times may be longer.
