Virtual Academic Advising: Academic Advising appointments will take place via zoom.

In-Person Academic Advising: Please indicate in the “Comments” section when booking that you would like to meet with your Advisor in-person.

Students who have booked an Academic Advising (In-Person) appointment have the option of switching the appointment to a Zoom appointment. This can be done by emailing the appropriate advisor no later than 8:30 a.m. the day of the appointment.

To schedule an appointment with an undergraduate academic advisor in the Arthur Labatt Family School of Nursing, please use the online booking system above. Please note that different appointment types are available depending on whether you are a current or prospective student. Availability for prospective student appointments may be limited at certain times of the year.

There are certain situations in which we may have to cancel your appointment. Any cancellation notice sent will include rationale for cancelling the appointment. Reasons for cancellation may include:

  • Questions that can be managed by email
  • Incorrect appointment type
  • You require assistance from another department/office on campus

NOTE: This booking system is provided by a third party (BookedIN). We recommend that students do not include any personal or confidential information when completing the comments/reasons for booking sections of the form.
