Prerequisite Course Approval Form

If you’re unsure whether your course(s) meet the prerequisite requirements, please start by clicking the “List of Pre-Approved Prerequisites” link below to check whether your course is already approved. If your course appears on the list, no further action is required. We make every effort to keep these lists up to date.

If the course is not included on the pre-approved list and it’s unclear whether it meets the prerequisite requirement, please complete the form below (one form per course). Our team will review your submission and follow up with you.

Note: We are only checking that prerequisite courses have a minimum grade of 70% and were completed within the last seven years (as of the application deadline). Prerequisite courses will only be included in the subGPA, if they fall within the last 20 half courses used in the subGPA calculation. We do not maintain lists of preapproved courses for the social science/psychology or general science prerequisites, because these categories are so broad.
