SPINA overview documentAs a clinician, you can download your SPINA clinical assessment surveys and append to patient records with limited interruption to your clinic work flow.

 

 

SPINA metrics iconAs a clinical site manager, you can access your SPINA Clinical Synopsis to generate metrics on the spinal problems at your clinical site. The SPINA Clinical Synopsis consists of de-identified aggregate SPINA clinical assessment surveys completed at your site.

How does my Physiotherapy clinical site join SPINA?

Contact a member of the SPINA research team (CanSpineAR@groups.uwo.ca)! We are happy to answer your questions, provide an orientation seminar, and onboard your clinical site. SPINA onboarding involves registering your clinical site and participating clinicians in the secure online platform. 

 


Privacy and Confidentiality

Your information is collected online through a highly secure data collection system that is accessible via the world-wide web. Information will be stored on secure servers in protected locations. Extremely high standards of physical and virtual security measures are in place to reduce risk for privacy breach. Your information will not be shared with anyone or published anywhere without your permission, unless required by law.

Physiotherapy clinicians will have access to their own clinical assessment information. Physiotherapy clincial site managers (e.g. hospital physiotherapy manager or physiotherapy clinic owner) will have access to de-identified aggregate physiotherapy clinical assessment information at their site. Physiotherapy clinicians and service managers will not have access to patient participant information.
