Research In Profile

My research focuses on understanding food behaviours and food literacy in children and adolescents. While the overall aim of this research is to inform meaningful and effective nutrition and food education interventions, my hope as a Registered Dietitian and Professional Home Economist is that this work supports children and families in developing food practices and behaviours that they can embrace and value.
