Every year the HRS Graduate Student Society organizes a research conference for HRS graduate students. The purpose of the conference is to give students the opportunity to practice their presentation skills at any stage of research. We are currently accepting abstracts for our 2026 conference. Please see the “Abstract Submission Guidelines” page.
This year’s conference theme is “Healthier Together – Shaping and Strengthening the Future of Healthcare.” As a central concept in Health and Rehabilitation Sciences, the work that graduate students are conducting across all HRS fields contributes to our current understanding of health-related topics and the direct delivery of diverse healthcare. This year’s Health and Rehabilitation Sciences Graduate Research Conference aims to highlight the research that is contributing to the shaping and strengthening the future of healthcare.
This year’s conference presentations will be held in-person in Elborn College. The exact room numbers and information will be shared closer to the date. The conference will be held on March 12th, 2026. This conference is free to attend, and you are welcome to attend as much or as little of the conference as you'd like.
Below is information from the 2025 conference. It will be updated with the 2026 details once the program is finalized.
