Thank you for your interest in recruiting an MMASc student!

Students complete academic course work from September-April, and are available to begin working full-time May 1st, after their courses have concluded. 

The MMASc Career Services Officer works to support organization’s recruiting efforts in real-time. While many organizations will wish to promote opportunities for students in early fall, the most significant recruiting period for positions with start dates from May 1st on will occur from November-March with organizations posting opportunities, students applying, organizations interviewing selected candidates, and formal offers being extended to students from November – April.

Ready to Post? You’ve Got Options!

  • 4-month Summer Co-op Positions can be posted to MMASc Co-op Job Board in Connect! You can create a Recruiter Account and post the job yourself, tagging the MMASc program! Opportunities posted to the MMASc Job Board in Connect are promoted to students on a weekly basis.
  • 4-month Summer Co-op Positions can also be sent to the Career Services Officer directly via email. We are happy to post the opportunity for you and promote it to our students! All you need to do is forward us the full job description letting us know when you’d like the posting to close, and how you wish to receive We can either collect applications for you and send them in a bundle after the posting closes, have students directed to your website to apply, or direct students to apply to an email address you provide – whatever works best for you!
  • Extended Contracts and Full-Time Opportunities Beginning in May/June can be sent to the Career Services Officer directly via email. We will forward your job posting to our students and promote it vigorously to our students! All you need to do is forward us the full job description letting us know when you’d like the posting to close, and how you wish to receive We can have students apply directly to a website link or email address you provide – whatever works best for you!
  • Full-Time Opportunities Beginning in the Fall or Winter? Great relationships go both ways, and while our current students are not available until the summer term, we’re happy to promote opportunities for other times of the year to our new grads! You can post to the New Grad Job Board in Connect yourself, or email your opportunity to our Career Services Officer for email distribution to our most recent alumni class!
