Facilities Management - Project ManagementOur Project Management team is responsible for administering all aspects of the project, from inception to completion. This is accomplished through a thorough communication strategy at all levels within the campus community, consultants, contractors, Facilities Management staff, other administrative units and various approval bodies.

As the primary University project representative, the Project Manager is accountable for the timely completion of the detailed design and for maintaining the project on schedule and budget.
