Biography: The Administrative Assistant handles all initial enquiries, purchase orders, mail, telephones, shipping & receiving, room bookings, and departmental administrative support.

Biography: The Administrative Officer handles all matters related to administration of the department, including budgetary issues, issues related to personnel, registration of new appointments and termination of appointments, and distribution of some cheques.
