How To Reach Us

The School of Health Studies is committed to supporting its students with it comes to managing academics. Depending on the type of support required, students can connect with a Health Studies Academic Advisor by booking an appointment, through live chat or via email.

Live Chat

Get quick answers to questions related to policy, course registration/changes, general questions, intent to register, appeals process, progression, requests for overload, requests for unbalanced load, special permissions.

Available during selected times only.

Email Support

Get support related to graduation checks, academic considersations, letters of permission or exchance opportunities (initial inquiries only).

Emails may be sent at any time, but are only answered by the Health Studies Team during regular business hours.

Make an Appointment

Appointments can be made to help students in distress, to support career/graduate program selection or to support exchange opportunities after the initial inquiry has been made.

Different appointment types are available depending on the nature of support required.
