During the summer, Facilities Management will be working to mitigate the mosquito population on campus. Areas of standing water, particularly catch basins, are being monitored and treated to disrupt larva development. The goal is to reduce mosquito populations to tolerable levels, which helps decrease the risk of mosquito-borne disease and nuisance mosquito species to the campus community and our visitors.
