We want to recognize them.
The Western Science Alumni Award of Achievement, created in 2022, acknowledges and celebrates our alumni who have made outstanding contributions to their professions.
Who can be nominated?
Alumni of the Faculty of Science at Western University who:
- Work in a science or non-science related profession
- Have made a significant contribution to their profession
- Demonstrate leadership in their professional role and act as role models to those around them
- Inspire others to achieve excellence
Nominations will open in Spring 2024.

Note: Applications and letters of support are confidential and will be viewed only by members of the Selection Committee. The Selection Committee will be comprised of members of the Western Science community.
We welcome self-nominations and nominations of others, however, posthumous nominations will not be accepted. It is recommended that the nomination remain confidential and not shared with the nominee.
