On May 11th, this year's edition of London's biggest science festival there will be over thirty unique displays of science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics (S.T.E.A.M.), including interactive demonstrations, stage shows, build-and-take-home projects, and more!

The booths open at 2:00 pm to 7:30 pm with various stage shows taking palce at the same time until 9:30 pm.

Dr. Jan Cami was the impetus to bring Science Rendezvous to Western. He had heard of the national event in 2016 and organized the first Western Science rendezvous in 2017.

One of the pivotal moments in producing the event was when Cami approached Dr. Matt Davison, Dean of Science, about Science Rendezvous. The prospect of exposing young people to the wonders of science outside of the classroom in this way won the support of Davison and helped to make the event the success it is today.
