Category 2 Requests for Relief
Requests for relief in the form of an exemption from a Senate academic regulation (e.g., progression requirements, program eligibility, graduation requirements).
Programs in the Faculty of Health Science are limited enrollment and have minimum progression averages. If you have extenuating medical or compassionate circumstances that led to your inability to meet these minimum progression requirements, you may submit a Letter of Support to your School Progressions Committee. The deadline to submit a letter of support is April 30th. If applicable, you should submit copies of supporting documentation along with their Letter of Support to your school advising office.
