Varsity
Students who will miss academic responsibilities due to varsity commitments should come in at least one week before the event to get approval. We realize that at times this might not be possible due to the scheduling of events.
- Complete a Request for Academic Consideration Form
- Complete the Intercollegiate Athletics Program Commitment Verification Form
Varsity athletes who have completed the above forms should submit them to shsinfo@uwo.ca for processing.
