Important Notes:
- Grad checks are to be done in your graduating year. Please do not submit a grad check-in your third year to plan for completing your degree in fourth year, you can visit us during drop-in counselling or contact your department counsellor to go over remaining degree requirements.
- We receive a high volume of graduation checks throughout the year. As a result, you will be given one graduation check-in your graduating year. If you make course changes following your graduation check it will be up to you to assess how that will impact your eligibility (i.e. did you swap a modular course for a modular course or an elective for another elective) or you can contact your department counsellor to discuss.
- If you would like to know when submitting your grad check if there is a specific course you can drop and still be eligible, please make sure to include that in the notes section of your form.
