EOS P396 SLS printer base material Nylon

System for Additive Manufacturing of serial parts and functional prototypes from polymer materials. The successor to the EOSINT P 395 offers higher productivity and therefore lower costs per building job. Improved hardware and software ensure greater consistency in part properties. EOS P 396 (Source: EOS) EOS P 396 (Source: EOS) With total build size of 340 x 340 x 600 mm, the EOS P 396 covers the medium build volume range. This modular and highly productive system allows the tool-free manufacture of serial components, spare parts, functional prototypes and models directly from CAD data. Compared to its predecessor model, the EOS P 396 consumes for a typical building job (filling ratio 5.8%) about 38% less energy and is up to 32% faster.

EOS P110 SLS Nylon base material

The benchmark for industrial 3D printing of polymer parts with outstanding quality — now 20% faster FORMIGA P 110 Velocis (Source: EOS) FORMIGA P 110 Velocis (Source: EOS) The most successful industrial 3D printer is now up to 20% more productive thanks to new software and hardware features. Maintaining high reliability and FORMIGA quality, which set the standard in the market, the cost is more attractive than ever.

Renishaw AM400 metal printer

The Renishaw AM 400 is the latest development of the Renishaw AM platform. It features all the most recent PlusPac machine updates including larger safe change filter, improved optical control software, revised gas flow and window protection system and a new 400 W optical system to give a reduced beam diameter of 70 µm, in line with the current AM 250 200 W platform. The advantage offered by the AM 400 is the possibility to develop parameters that deliver higher productivity through faster scan speeds, whilst still maintaining feature definition and precision. An additional benefit is the direct transferability of existing 200 W material file parameters from the AM 250 200 W system. The increased laser power of 400 W focussed at 70 µm also provides the potential to process materials with elevated melting temperatures, with a significant increase in energy density compared to the current AM 250 400 W system.
