Manually adjustable crowning on the table is an outstanding feature for all ppt/pptk series machines. Tooling can be supplied as per client's requirement as a optional.

These shears feature triaction, high-carbon/highchromium (HCHC) steel blades. Both the upper and lower blades have a 2-degree edge relief and the lower blade has an additional 1-degree face relief for maximum material penetration with minimum effort. Triaction blades help prevent material movement while shearing, prolonging blade life.

TENNSMITH shears have the most complete adjustment features of any sheet metal shear on the market. The lower shear blade is bed adjusting and the upper blade is adjustable by means of a truss bar on the cutter head. The spring-activated hold down feet clamp the workpiece securely in place and are easily adjustable to compensate holding pressure for light or heavy gauge material. There is ample clearance between the hold-down feet and shear blades to allow good operator vision for line-of-sight cutting. The standard, double-locking back gauge, which features embossed scales and vernier wheels for fine adjustment, gives highly accurate readings.

Beverly Throatless Shears are ideal all-purpose metal cutting tools because they permit any desired cut in heavy gauges, yet handle lighter metals without distortion. Unique shoulder design allows work to be turned in any position during the cut.

Geared rack and pinion makes heavy metal cutting easy. Upper and lower blades are positioned to provide a clean, knurl-free cut, regardless of material.

TENNSMITH’s slip rolls combine precision-turned, ground and polished high carbon steel rolls with heavy-duty, cast iron end frames and a welded steel base to make an accurate and durable forming tool.

Convenient operating features include large roll adjusting screws, scales for speeding repeat set-up, and a front-mounted handle to lift the upper roll for material removal. Wire grooves are standard.

Delivers the heavy force needed for riveting, squeezing, punching, bending, and other pressing applications. Removable machined steel anvil provides accurate work support in four slot positions. Depth stop securely clamps to the ram and withstands full pressure. A lockable fine adjustment adjusting screw accurately limits the depth of the ram stroke.

Punches or tools may be added to the end of the ram with the aid of a magnetic insert. The ram is reversible with one end solid and the other end with a hole and magnet to hold bits and tools.
