Friendly Friday: Staying Active

Many find themselves thinking of new ways to stay active safely. I have found that doing home workouts have been an important way to get myself up and active especially when I have been sitting more than I ever have.
Whether it be yoga, or cardio kickboxing, some friends have been working out together through zoom. Fitness lovers have also been searching for ways to stay active outdoors. Sports where social distancing is easier such as tennis or golf have gained the interest especially those who are looking into trying something new. However, some, like me, are sticking to the classics like taking a nice walk, hiking or just riding your bike.
