The pressure to have the “best summer ever” can be overwhelming. In reality, summer often consists of working and recovering from the busy school year. Instead of stressing over having a picture-perfect summer, why not embrace the time you have by focusing on yourself?
Going on “dates” alone this summer can be a wonderful way to prioritize wellness and self-care. Spend time connecting with yourself and doing what you love.
Here’s a list of 35 activities you can do entirely on your own, allowing you to have a fantastic summer without relying on anyone else.
Feel free to turn this list into a checklist and see how many you can complete by the end of the summer. You can also add your own solo date ideas to make it even more personalized.
I hope this list inspires you to try something new and exciting this summer and helps you to spend less time on your devices.
