Intent to Register

Information and Counselling

If you are in first year and you plan to return to Western in the Fall, you must fill out an Intent to Register (ITR) online through your Student Center.  If you are in second year or beyond and would like to add a module, drop a module, or make a change to a module, you also need to complete an Intent to Register.  By completing your ITR, you are confirming that you plan to return and also declaring the program(s) that you intend to take next year.  

Undergraduate Chair, Prof. Laura Cayen, will be holding extra office hours for Intent to Register (ITR) on Wednesday, March 11 2026 from 1:30-3:30pm in her office (Lawson Hall 3253).

You can meet GSWS faculty at the ITR Fair in the Mustang Lounge, UCC, on Wednesday March 18 @ 12-4 and Thursday March 19 @ 9-12.

Individual program counselling is also available by appointment with Prof. Cayen (gswsugchair@uwo.ca). Email anytime!
