Discover the perfect way to relax, recharge, and connect with your peers! As part of the new Move Your Mood initiative, we’re thrilled to offer FREE weekly yoga and meditation classes, open to all Western students. No experience necessary. All levels welcome.

This program, supported by the Parr Centre, is part of an initiative to improve mental and physical health through inclusive, non-clinical, and tailored movement opportunities. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or meditation expert or trying yoga or meditation for the first time, these classes are your chance to prioritize self-care in a supportive environment.

Individual classes are available for free registration weekly, 7 days prior, during the Winter 2025 term.
