FREE Yoga and Meditation classes for Western Students are being offered for the winter term, by Western Campus Recreation. Move your mood Mustangs! Discover the perfect way to relax, recharge, and connect with your peers! As part of the new Move Your Mood initiative, we’re thrilled to offer FREE weekly yoga and meditation classes, open to all Western students. No experience necessary. All levels welcome.
